Ingredient Spotlight
Pork Shoulder (Boston Butt)
Well-marbled, tender, and the perfect cut for low and slow cooking. Raised on our farm with respect for the land and the animal.
Local BBQ Sauce
Choose a sauce made nearby—something sweet, smoky, spicy, or tangy. We love supporting local pitmasters who bottle the flavors of our region.
Brown Sugar & Spices
A little sweetness goes a long way. Brown sugar, garlic, onion powder, and paprika build depth and balance the tangy BBQ sauce.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Adds a slight acidity that keeps the pork from becoming too rich, while enhancing the meat’s natural flavor.
